I have 27 years of experience in education, including 25 years in Outstanding Specialist Schools in Lancashire. As a passionate and highly skilled specialist teacher with a focus on communication and SEND, I now use my expertise to support schools through consultancy, staff development and strategic guidance.
I have worked across EYFS, Primary and Secondary phases, supporting a diverse range of needs and helping staff create environments where every learner can succeed. My background includes serving as a SENCO and, most notably, working as a Communication Specialist in close collaboration with Speech and Language Therapy teams to shape inclusive, total communication approaches.
My approach is warm, practical and child-centred, grounded in the belief that communication is the key to enabling every learner to grow and flourish. Through advisory, non-teaching support, I help schools and families remove barriers to learning and build the confidence and capacity needed to help every young person reach their full potential.

All Bloom Education Support services are delivered at a single, transparent rate of £85 per hour. This includes observations, advisory reports, staff coaching, planning support and strategic SEND guidance.
